Property Description

Welcome to life inside the gates of Malibu Colony, one of Malibu's most iconic and coveted beachfront communities. This spacious Mediterranean-style residence is offered fully furnished for lease and has the warmth and ease of a true beach house, with generous spaces for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying life on the sand. High ceilings and expansive living areas give the home an open, airy feel, while two fireplaces add warmth and character. The large kitchen is made for gathering, and a mezzanine level with a pool table creates a fun second living space overlooking the main level. Ocean views and natural light fill the home, keeping the Pacific front and center. Outside is where the Malibu lifestyle really comes to life. The oceanfront patio sits directly above the sand, creating an incredible setting for morning coffee, long lunches, sunset dinners, or evenings in the hot tub with the sound of the waves just beyond. Step directly from the property onto one of Malibu's coveted dry sandy beaches for a swim, a walk along the shoreline, or an afternoon spent with your feet in the sand. A detached guest house provides additional privacy and flexibility for visitors, while the garage adds a valuable convenience for beachfront living. Malibu Colony offers something increasingly rare. Guard-gated and tucked directly along the coast, it feels private and removed while sitting in the heart of Malibu. Restaurants, shops, markets, and everyday conveniences are just outside the gates, yet once you return home, life immediately shifts back to the relaxed rhythm of the beach. Fully furnished and ready to enjoy, this is a special opportunity to experience Malibu Colony as it was meant to be lived: on the sand, by the ocean, with everything you need just moments away.
