Property Description

Don't miss this opportunity for an incredible lease in Point Dume. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac along the perimeter of Point Dume Club, this move-in ready 3-bedroom, 3-bath beach house offers beautiful canyon views, privacy, and a relaxed Malibu feel. With approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of bright, open living space, a fully fenced yard, outdoor shower, storage shed and expansive deck, this home is designed for easy coastal living. Inside, soaring 12-foot vaulted ceilings create a light and airy atmosphere, while the open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a spacious kitchen with a large center island. All three bedrooms are spacious and inviting, with two featuring ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms have been refreshed with new vanities, adding to the home's bright, updated feel. The expansive deck takes full advantage of the peaceful canyon setting and features a jacuzzi perfect for relaxing under the stars and watching the moon rise over the hills. The side yards add to the home's outdoor space, and one of the bedrooms features an additional private entry off the deck. Point Dume Club offers 24-hour gated security and resort-style amenities including a heated pool and spa, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, dog run, and playground. Ideally located just a short walk, bike ride, or golf-cart ride to Zuma and Westward Beach, as well as the local market, restaurants, schools and everyday conveniences. A rare opportunity to enjoy the laid-back Point Dume lifestyle in a private, move-in ready beach house with beautiful views, wonderful outdoor space, and an exceptional location.
